Ummm … Who made the rain gods mad? No Matter, the Dust Devils showed up and raced anyways!
The day started beautifully and quickly turned dark, cold and rainy. By the end of our last race, we were all soaked, but all of our racers finished (GO SETH!!) with smiles on their faces and no injuries to speak of. Our California weather this year has been challenging, to say the least, but shout out to our friends at NorCal for all their hard work and dedication to give our students somewhere to race.
The Junior Devo team (5 riders) were unfortunately rained out on Sunday, but they are chomping at the bit to head to Monterey for some racing at Fort Ord.
Nicely done Dust Devils! Everyone from our coaches, parents and student athletes continue to make us proud custodians of this awesome sport.
