Scholarships
Need Help Joining the Team?
Our goal is to get #morekidsonbikes. In that effort, the Modesto Dust Devils can provide some financial assistance to student athletes in need. From assistance with the costs of joining the team to providing loaner bikes, both serve the purpose of providing the opportunity to our local youth to get on a bike and ride and/or race.
What do Team Scholarships offer?
- Up to 50% off the team fee and/or league fees to join the team. There are only 5 Team Scholarships available per season and are awarded on a first-come, first-serve and need basis.
- Loaner bikes for students who do not own or cannot afford to purchase a bicycle. We are limited to the bikes we have and on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Our league, NorCal – Interscholastic Cycling League, provides assistance for race fees through their website.
Scholarships are reviewed by our directors on a case-by-case and need basis.
Senior Scholarships
The Modesto Dust Devils are committed to our local youth and their future success. Through this, we offer up to two (2) Senior Scholarships per season through the Modesto Junior College Foundation (or other college institutions). These scholarships are intended to reward our student athletes as they take on their futures.
